The breakfast was excellent, and the staff showed dedication. I appreciated the central heating. It kept THE room very warm. Free parking at the rear was a great convenience. The room featured tea and coffee making facilities, a lovely touch.
The tv screen was rather small. It made viewing slightly difficult.

the location was very convenient for headingley stadium, a short walk away. the staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs. i found the room to be of good size for a solo traveller and i appreciated the ensuite bathroom.
i noticed some areas could benefit from a bit of redecorating.
